Rules

-Non-resident visitors always need a resident adult with them in the DCC or at any resident amenity.

-Non-residents may purchase a community center pass. This pass is only valid at the community center, not any other Daybreak amenity.

-Youth under the age of 6 are not permitted to use the community center, they must remain in the child watch at all times.

-Resident youth ages 6-8 are permitted in the basketball court area with a resident adult, except during designated full court sport times.

-Resident youth ages 9 and up are permitted in the basketball court area without an adult, except during designated full court sport times.

-Resident youth ages 12-15 may take a free class,DCC Teen Training, that will allow them access to the upstairs areas. Once this class has been completed youth 12-13 will still need to have a resident adult with them at all times in the fitness areas. Youth ages 14-15 will no longer need an adult and can use the fitness areas at any time.

-Residents 16 and up are permitted anywhere in the DCC.

-The DCC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Do not bring valuable items to the DCC.

-Lockers are provided for day use as well as rental, users must supply their own lock.

-Athletic footwear (non-black soled only) and attire must be worn at all times, including a top.

-Treat others with respect. Verbal abuse, use of foul language, or clothing that displays derogatory language or pictures will not be permitted.

-No strollers, car seats, baby carriers, etc are permitted in the fitness areas.

-Water is permitted in plastic, spill proof containers.  No glass is permitted.

-Cameras, mobile phone cameras, or similar recording devices are not allowed in the DCC.

-Activities and behaviors that are distracting to other DCC patrons or employees will not be tolerated.

-Residents are responsible for the behavior and actions, including any damages, of their guests.

-Skateboards, bikes, scooters, roller blades, roller skates, heelys, motorized vehicles, etc... are not permitted in the facility.
