Snow Removal Policy - This policy clarifies the procedures for removing snow after 70% of the budgeted amount had been used each year to avoid the snow removal budget from going into a deficit. Approved on August 25, 2010. Sewer Lateral Resolution - This resolution clarifies the procedures for the repair of sewer lateral blockages and breaks, and appropriately allocates the costs associated therewith. Approved on October 29, 2009. Regular Assessment Resolution - This resolution states that Owners' shall pay to the Association the Owners' regular assessment at an installment period that may be deemed necessary by the Board of Directors. Approved on November 24, 2009. Election Resolution - This resolution states that any excess of membership income over membership expense for the year ended December, 2009 and December, 2010, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604. Approved on August 25, 2010.

Collection Policy - This policy states steps the Association will take to pursue collection of all Assessments. Approved on May 26, 2010.
Collection Fee Resolution - This resolution outlines collection fees charged to delinquent homeowner accounts. Approved on February 28, 2012.
Common Area Transfer Policy - This policy created a guideline for Common Area transfer from the Builder to the North Shore Townhome Association. Approved on September 28, 2010.
