Budgets - A budget will provide a in depth, month by month review of your HOA assessments. Please note, this budget is only for the North Shore Townhomes (Sub-Association).
One Page Assessment Breakdown - This breakdown is a summary of your HOA assessments and how they are allocated.
Audits - Audited financial statements provide the residents with the auditor's opinion that the financial statements are presented fairly, in all material respects, in conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework.
Reserve Study - The purpose of a Reserve Study is to provide an educated estimate of the necessary reserve balance and allocation. The detailed scheduled will serve as an advanced warning that major projects will need to be addressed in the future and provide funding for those projects.
2014 Monthly Financials - Financial statements are a collection of reports about the association's financial results and condition.
